Parkside Books is a used book store. We acquire all of inventory from trade with our customers so you will find a little bit of everything in the store. You’ll find a Children’s Room with walls lined in book cases, a Reading Room where you can relax with a book or chat with a friend, and a Vintage Room that features books that were popular in the 1950s or earlier, including bargain bundles of paperback books that haven’t found a place on our shelves.
You won’t find our books on-line except for those we’ve listed with Half.com and/or Alibris.com. We do ebay auctions now and then, as well, but to get to know our inventory you really should come by and browse the book shelves.
While you are visiting us here, you might like to check our pricing policy and our trade credit policy as well as the monthly newsletter. The newsletter usually has a coupon that you won’t find anywhere else, and it changes monthly.
We are the only bookstore in Blue Springs. Just travel south on Highway 7 from Interstate 70 until you reach Vesper St. At the intersection of Highway 7 and Vesper you’ll see the Zarda’s BBQ Restaurant on the east side of the street. Street side on that block you’ll see Einstein Brothers. We are in the gray building at the back of that parking lot.
